RETURNS In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, or should the product arrive damaged, you must contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Please save ALL boxes and packaging material, pending resolution of the problem.

In general, products over 150 lbs will be delivered via a freight service.

Our freight company offers a high level of customer service and convenient shipping options to meet delivery requests – by appointment – even on weekends. Internet tracking allows you to see the progress of your order.

We offer four levels of home delivery service: Included in the regular price is the BASIC service.

Basic – (included) Ground level delivery outside the main entrance.

Standard – (approx. $75) Delivery inside main entrance of the home.

Deluxe – (Approx. $200) Delivery inside room of choice.

Premier – (Approx. $400) Delivery, unpack and setup in room of choice.
